Ingredients
2 bone-in Ribeye Steaks
1 box Light Brown Sugar
10 oz. Soy Sauce
1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
1 full head fresh Garlic
1 Tbsp. fresh ground Pepper
Chop the cloves from the entire head of garlic and add to Ziplock bag with steaks. Add one box of light brown sugar, one 10 ounce bottle of regular soy sauce, 1/3 cup of white wine vinegar and about a tablespoon of fresh ground pepper. Seal the Ziplock bag air tight and refrigerate laying flat for 2 hours then turn over for at least another 2 hours.
Prepare the grill and add oak, hickory or mesquite woods chips after soaking for 40-45 minutes. Cook steaks for 6 minutes per side. Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
