Ingredients

- Butter
- Mayo (optional)
- Sharp Cheddar
- Mozzarella
- 2 Slices Sourdough bread
Method
- Soften butter in the microwave and lather 2 pieces of bread on both sides. Optionally, replace one side’s butter with mayonnaise.
- Heat a pan on medium heat and toast bread for a few minutes until crisp. Flip and add cheese.
- Cover the pan in foil. After a few minutes, once the cheese is melting, flip the 2 pieces of bread together. Re-cover with foil.
- After a few more minutes have passed, pull sandwich off stove and enjoy!
