Method

  1. Brown ground beef and add salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, and coriander.
  1. Finely chop onion, mince garlic, and chop Jalapeño into slivers. Add to browning beef.
  1. Pour beef mixture into a stock pot.
  1. Pour chicken stock into beef mixture
  1. Chop and roast green tomatoes. Add them to the pot.
  1. Simmer pot contents for 2 hours. A few minutes before pulling it off the heat, add pinto beans.
