Ingredients

- 1 ½ jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup half & half
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Melted butter
- ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup Cheddar cheese
- 2-3 green onions
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1-2 strips bacon (optional)

Method
1. Preparing the Wonton Cups:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush melted butter on each side of each wonton wrapper.
- Press the wonton wrappers into a mini muffin pan, using every other hole to allow for adequate spacing.
- Bake the wonton wrappers for 8-10 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
2. Making the Filling:
- Dice the jalapeno peppers, leaving most of the seeds for added heat, and chop the green onions.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, half & half, diced jalapenos, and chopped green onions. Mix well using your hands.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, cayenne pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Mix again with your hands until well combined.
3. Assembling and Baking:
- Fill each baked wonton cup with the prepared filling, distributing it evenly among the cups.
- Top each filled cup with a sprinkle of Cheddar cheese.
- Bake the filled wonton cups in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Optional Bacon Topping:
- If desired, cook 1-2 strips of bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
- After baking, sprinkle the crispy bacon on top of the cheese in each wonton cup for added flavor and texture.
