- Chicken Breast cutlets
- Basil leaves
- 3 tbsp Plain Cream Cheese
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- Pizza dough
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh Bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)
- 7 oz Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves of Garlic, minced

Method
1. Preparing the Grill:
Preheat the grill to 525 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grilling the Chicken:
- Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a medium-sized pan.
- Add the chicken breast cutlets and season with pepper.
- Cook the chicken until it is fully cooked and browned on both sides.
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel to drain any excess grease.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and set aside.
3. Making the Alfredo Sauce:
- In the same pan used for cooking the chicken, melt the remaining butter.
- Add the plain cream cheese and 6 oz of heavy whipping cream to the pan. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and well combined with the cream.
- Gradually add the Parmesan cheese and minced garlic to the sauce, stirring constantly.
- Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly. Be careful not to boil the sauce.
4. Preparing the Pizza:
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle fresh basil leaves, cooked chicken pieces, shredded mozzarella cheese, and bocconcini over the sauce.
5. Grilling the Pizza:
- Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated grill.
- Close the grill and cook the pizza for about 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serving:
- Remove the pizza from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Slice the pizza into servings and garnish with additional fresh basil leaves.
