Ingredients

- Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lb of Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Green Cabbage, shredded
- 1 Red Cabbage, shredded
- 3 Limes, cut into sixths
- 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
- Cilantro, chopped
- 6 oz Sour Cream
- 6 oz Mayonnaise
- Small Tortillas
- 2 Jalapenos, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

Method
1. Boiling the Shrimp:
- In a large pot, bring water and Old Bay seasoning to a boil over high heat.
- Rinse the shrimp and add them to the boiling water. Cook for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
- Remove the shrimp from the pot and drain.
2. Preparing the Taco Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Sriracha sauce. Set aside.
3. Charring the Tortillas:
- Carefully place the tortillas on an open burner stove to lightly char them. Alternatively, you can heat them in a dry skillet over medium heat until warmed and slightly charred.
4. Preparing the Toppings:
- Thinly slice the avocado.
- Chop the cilantro.
- Thinly slice the jalapenos.
5. Assembling the Tacos:
- Spread a spoonful of the taco sauce on each tortilla.
- Layer the shredded green and red cabbage on top of the sauce.
- Add a few slices of avocado.
- Place the cooked shrimp on top of the avocado.
- Drizzle more taco sauce over the shrimp.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and thinly sliced jalapenos.
- Squeeze some lime juice over the filling.
