Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Burger Bun
- 3 slices American Cheese
- 1 Stick of Butter
- Tasty Burger Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
Method
1. Preparing the Patties:
- Divide the ground beef into three equal portions, weighing approximately 3.5 oz each.
- Heat up your skillet or griddle and generously rub a stick of butter over it to grease the cooking surface.
- Place the burger buns on the heated surface to toast them.
2. Cooking the Patties:
- Repeat the butter step, ensuring the cooking surface remains greased, and place the ground beef portions on it. Sprinkle each patty with salt and pepper.
- Using a spatula, smash the beef balls down firmly and hold for 10-15 seconds. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper.
- Once the bottoms of the patties develop a caramelized char, carefully flip them over.
- Immediately place a slice of American cheese on top of each patty to melt.
3. Assembling the Burger:
- Spread a bit of butter on the toasted bun halves to enhance their flavor.
- Begin layering the components on the bottom bun: Start with a generous amount of Tasty Burger Sauce, followed by a patty, another layer of sauce, another patty, more sauce, another patty, and finally, one last layer of sauce.
- Serve your delicious burger hot and enjoy!
Note: Feel free to customize your burger by adding lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, or any other toppings of your choice.
