Ingredients

- 1 bag stuffing
- 2 cups chicken broth
- cranberries
- orange zest
- 5-6 bacon strips
- parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 celery ribs
- 2 eggs
- a little more than 2 tbsp. butter
- sliced turkey
Method
Preparing the Ingredients
- cook the bacon in a pan
- slice celery into small pieces
- peal and discard the outer layer of the carrot and grate the carrot
- dice the onions and parsley
- cut up and smush the cranberries into small pieces
Putting the Ingredients Together
- use the pan full of bacon grease from before, heating it on stove
- add onion, carrot, and celery pieces into the pan, along with butter
- mix and cook for 8-10 minutes
- add chicken broth, parsley, and cranberries in and mix
- shred bacons into tiny pieces and sprinkle them in
- put in shredded, bite sized pieces of turkey in the pan and mix
- zest the orange peel into the bowl and mix it in
- let the mixture cool for a little bit
- add 2 eggs to a small bowl and whisk them, then drizzle them into the stuffing mixture
Making and Cooking the Balls
- roll the stuffing mixture into about 2 1/2 inch balls and place them into a sheet pan with tin foil
- put in the over for about 20 minutes at 350°F
- places balls into a bowl and pour a bit of gravy on them before you enjoy!
