Ingredients

- 3 carrots
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 granny apple
- part of a cabbage head
- salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- raisins
Method
- cut carrots into very thin slices using a vegetable peeler and place into bowl
- cut cabbage on mandolins slicer and put into bowl
- peel granny smith and grate it into the bowl
- add some raisins, as many as you desire
- add pepper, lemon juice, and a couple pinches of salt
- mix the salad together and enjoy!
