Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped chicken, cooked
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies
- 2 cups Mexican Cheese mix
- 1 tbsp. Southwestern seasoning
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 2 cans of crescent rolls
Method
Preparing the mixture
- pre-heat the oven to 350°F
- drain the chicken and put into a bowl
- chop up tomatoes, removing the seeds and the mushy insides
- dump green chilies, shredded cheese. Southwestern seasoning, mayonnaise, and tomatoes into the bowl and stir
Baking and finishing touches
- lay crescent rolls on a stone and separate the triangles, sorting them into a circle, leaving a hole in the middle
- scoop the mixture and put it on top of the circle of crescent dough
- take the ends of the dough and fold them over the mixture, forming a donut
- bake in the oven until crescent rolls are golden brown
- cut the dish into slices and enjoy!
