No Hassle “Chicken Stuff”

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped chicken, cooked
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies
  • 2 cups Mexican Cheese mix
  • 1 tbsp. Southwestern seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 2 cans of crescent rolls

Method

Preparing the mixture

  1. pre-heat the oven to 350°F
  2. drain the chicken and put into a bowl
  3. chop up tomatoes, removing the seeds and the mushy insides
  4. dump green chilies, shredded cheese. Southwestern seasoning, mayonnaise, and tomatoes into the bowl and stir

Baking and finishing touches

  1. lay crescent rolls on a stone and separate the triangles, sorting them into a circle, leaving a hole in the middle
  2. scoop the mixture and put it on top of the circle of crescent dough
  3. take the ends of the dough and fold them over the mixture, forming a donut
  4. bake in the oven until crescent rolls are golden brown
  5. cut the dish into slices and enjoy!
