Ingredients

- 6 chicken wings
- a bowl full of tempura flour
- a bowl full of corn starch
- 2 cups Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3/4 cups Sriracha
- 2 1/2 quarts oil
Method
Making the sauce
- add Thai sweet chili sauce and sriracha into a bowl and stir
Preparing the wings
- cut the tips off of the wings
- rinse the chicken well with cold water, leaving the wings kind of wet
- sprinkle the wings with tempura flower, fully coating them
Frying
- pour oil into a large frying pan
- heat up the oil to 350-365°F
- drench the wings in cornstarch
- place them in the oil and fry for 8-10 minutes, turning the flame off when needed
- drain the oil from the chicken
- roll the wings in the sauce and place on a dish before you enjoy!
