Garlic Roasted Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh radishes
  • 2.5-3.5 tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • chopped chives

Method

  1. preheat the oven to 425°F
  2. remove the roots of the radishes and chop them, putting them into a large bowl
  3. add melted butter, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes in an mix
  4. put everything on a baking sheet pan and put it in the oven for 10 minutes
  5. mince the garlic
  6. pull the radishes out of the oven and put in the garlic, mixing the radishes around
  7. put the pan back in the oven for 10 minutes
  8. pull them out and toss them around again, adding 1 tbsp. of butter if needed
  9. put it back in the oven for 10 minutes and check them by stabbing the radishes with a fork
  10. cook them for about 5 minutes on the broiler
  11. serve them in a bowl and top with a couple chives before you enjoy!
