Ingredients

- 1 lb. fresh radishes
- 2.5-3.5 tbsp. melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- chopped chives
Method
- preheat the oven to 425°F
- remove the roots of the radishes and chop them, putting them into a large bowl
- add melted butter, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes in an mix
- put everything on a baking sheet pan and put it in the oven for 10 minutes
- mince the garlic
- pull the radishes out of the oven and put in the garlic, mixing the radishes around
- put the pan back in the oven for 10 minutes
- pull them out and toss them around again, adding 1 tbsp. of butter if needed
- put it back in the oven for 10 minutes and check them by stabbing the radishes with a fork
- cook them for about 5 minutes on the broiler
- serve them in a bowl and top with a couple chives before you enjoy!
