One Pan Chicken with Peaches

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. peaches, frozen
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 5-6 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • a couple sprigs of rosemary
  • 1.5 lb. chicken thighs (4 medium sized thighs)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • water

Method

Preparing the ingredients

  1. preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. remove the ends of the onion, cut in half, peel, then chop the onion
  3. chop the peaches and the garlic
  4. add salt and pepper to the chicken

Cooking

  1. turn on the stove at medium high and put oil in before adding the chicken. make sure to remove all the fat
  2. put salt and pepper on the other side of the chicken
  3. cook for 5-7 minutes to get the chicken brown, then set them aside
  4. put in some oil and add red onions, then cook for 5 minutes, turning down the heat as needed
  5. put in garlic and cook
  6. add Dijon, Worcestershire, honey, apple cider vinegar, and water if needed, then stir and cook for a couple minutes
  7. put in the peaches, then place the chicken in
  8. add thyme and rosemary, and mix them in
  9. put in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F, putting on the broiler for the last couple of minutes. make sure the internal temperature of the heat reaches 165°F throughout
  10. add some garnish before you enjoy!
