Ingredients

- 1 lb. peaches, frozen
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5-6 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 5-6 sprigs of fresh thyme
- a couple sprigs of rosemary
- 1.5 lb. chicken thighs (4 medium sized thighs)
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- water

Method
Preparing the ingredients
- preheat the oven to 350°F
- remove the ends of the onion, cut in half, peel, then chop the onion
- chop the peaches and the garlic
- add salt and pepper to the chicken
Cooking
- turn on the stove at medium high and put oil in before adding the chicken. make sure to remove all the fat
- put salt and pepper on the other side of the chicken
- cook for 5-7 minutes to get the chicken brown, then set them aside
- put in some oil and add red onions, then cook for 5 minutes, turning down the heat as needed
- put in garlic and cook
- add Dijon, Worcestershire, honey, apple cider vinegar, and water if needed, then stir and cook for a couple minutes
- put in the peaches, then place the chicken in
- add thyme and rosemary, and mix them in
- put in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F, putting on the broiler for the last couple of minutes. make sure the internal temperature of the heat reaches 165°F throughout
- add some garnish before you enjoy!
