Ingredients

- white rice
- shrimp
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- crumbled bacon
- 2 eggs, whisked
- lemon slices
- grapeseed oil
- 2 medium white onions, chopped
- green onions, chopped
- smaller green onion pieces
- carrots, shredded
Sauce:
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil

Method
Preparing the ingredients
- rinse rice serval times to get starch off, cook it for 20 minutes, spread it out on a sheet pan, and refrigerate it for 20-24 hours
- put soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl full of shrimp and mix
- put in baking powder and mix
- marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes
- to prepare the sauce, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic into a bowl, then whisk together
Cooking
- heat up an outdoor stove to 425°F and add some oil
- start cooking the shrimp on the stove, then put it to the side
- add the carrots, the white onions, and the crumbled bacon and cook while mixing
- set the vegetables aside and pour the whisked eggs onto the stove and scramble them, then put them to the side
- add more oil and add all the rice, adding some butter and some of the sauce
- mix the rice and add sauce as needed. make sure to separate all the rice
- mix the rice together with the vegetables and let it fry a little more
- put in the chopped green onions, saving the smaller pieces for later
- mix everything again before adding the shrimp, then mix more and cook until fully done
- serve in a bowl and top with small pieces of green onion. set mustard and lemons slices on the side before you enjoy!
