Ingredients

- 4 slices bacon, diced
- Italian hot sausages
- 24 white mushrooms
- 3 oz. shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- about 3 oz. white wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 scallions
- cheddar cheese
- garnish

Method
Preparing the mushrooms
- take the stems off the mushrooms and only put the caps in a bowl
- add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. mix then set aside
Preparing the stuffing
- take the casings off the sausages
- dice the scallions
- add the scallions and the sausage into a bowl
- grate the cheddar cheese into the bowl, then add Panko and bacon
- chop the mushroom stems from before and add them to the bowl
- add white whine and mix everything together
Finishing the dish
- preheat the oven to 425°F
- cover each mushroom top with the mixture and roll them into balls, then place them into a pan
- sprinkle some parmesan on each ball
- cook in the over for about 40 minutes at 425°F or until nice and brown
- take the pan out and let them cool for 10 minutes
- serve the stuffed mushrooms on a plate and add some garnish before you enjoy!
