Cooking the shrimps

  1. put the shrimps on a skewers so they are all touching each other
  2. put oil on the pan and get the pan smoking hot
  3. put butter in and let it melt
  4. put in the skewer of shrimp and cook the bottom for about 90 seconds, then flip the skewer and cook the new side for 60 seconds
  5. cook some white rice (or pasta if you prefer) and serve it in a row on a plate
  6. take the shrimps off the skewer and line them up on the rice
  7. drizzle the cilantro oil on top, add some diced peppers, diced cilantro, and some lime juice before you enjoy!
