Ingredients

- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 heaping tbsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3/4 cups olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- lime juice
- shrimps
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- rice (or pasta)
- butter

Method
Marinating the shrimp
- put olive oil, salt, half the bunch of cilantro (shredded by hand), and garlic into a blender
- put the shrimp in a bowl
- pour a little bit of the cilantro oil (about 1/4 of it) into the shrimp, saving most of it for later
- add paprika, cayenne, and cumin to the shrimp and mix
- cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 30 minutes to marinate the shrimp
Cutting the ingredients
- remove the pepper seeds and slice the peppers into thin slices, then set aside in a bowl
- chop up the cilantro nice and finely, then set aside
Cooking the shrimps
- put the shrimps on a skewers so they are all touching each other
- put oil on the pan and get the pan smoking hot
- put butter in and let it melt
- put in the skewer of shrimp and cook the bottom for about 90 seconds, then flip the skewer and cook the new side for 60 seconds
- cook some white rice (or pasta if you prefer) and serve it in a row on a plate
- take the shrimps off the skewer and line them up on the rice
- drizzle the cilantro oil on top, add some diced peppers, diced cilantro, and some lime juice before you enjoy!
