Ingredients

- granny smith, sliced
- smoked Gouda cheese
- Dijon mustard
- butter
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
Method
- cut Gouda into skinny, 1/8 inch slices
- slice the apples into very thin slices
- warm up a pan
- spread melted butter onto both slices of bread and onto the pan
- put the slices of bread on the pan and spread butter onto the other sides of each slice
- cook the bread on low until slightly browned
- flip over the bread and put cheese on one slice and Dijon mustard on the other slice
- put the apple slices on the bread slice with the cheese on it
- put the slice of bread with Dijon on top of the other slice of bread
- cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!
