Ingredients

Sweet and spicy bacon parmesan crackers:
- club crackers
- brown sugar
- red pepper flakes
- parmesan cheese
- 4 bacon strips
Roses:
- 4-inch skewers
- Baby Bell Gouda cheese
- salami slices
- capicola slices
- prosciutto slices
- leaves

Method
Preparing the sweet and spicy bacon parmesan crackers;
- cut the bacon strips to the same length of the crackers
- cut slices of cheese that are the same size as the crackers
- put the cracker on the bottom and layer cheese, bacon, brown sugar, and pepper flakes in that order
- lay the cracker on a grill
- repeats steps #4-5 for each cracker
- put the crackers in the oven at 300 °F and cook for 35-45 minutes
- turn the broiler on for 2 minutes after cooking to make it more crispy
- serve the crackers on a plate and enjoy!
Preparing the roses:
- take slices of meat and lay them out in multiple lines, using 4-5 slices for each line
- fold the line of meet in half, then roll it to form a flower
- pierce the flower with the skewer
- add leaves on each side of the skewer and a baby bell on one of the sides
- repeats steps #4-5 for all of the meat
- serve the roses on a plate and enjoy!
