Ingredients

- 5 lb Boston Butt, bone in
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- salt
- pepper
- Texas honey pecan BBQ sauce
- buns
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- hot water
Method
- put lots of slat and pepper on the meat
- heat up the stove and put olive oil in the sauce pan
- put the meat in and add some more salt and pepper to the sides without any
- brown each side of the meat except for 1
- add the onions and finish browning all the sides
- add enough water to almost cover the meat but not quite
- cover the pan with a lid, bring it to a boil, then simmer it for 4 hours
- once the meat is done, put it in a large bowl and remove the bone
- shred the meat using a couple forks, or your hands, to pull it apart
- put the BBQ sauce on each bun
- put the meat on the bottom bun, add some more sauce on top, then add the top bun. Enjoy!
