Ingredients

- at least 1 lb ground hamburger
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1.2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 10 oz Monterey Jack, freshly grated
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 14.5 oz diced Italian tomatoes
- 8 oz spaghetti
- salt
- pepper

Method
- brown the beef on the stove and add some salt and pepper
- preheat the oven to 350°F
- keep stirring and cooking the beef while adding garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
- add the tomatoes and keep mixing
- add the garlic and the cream cheese, mixing them well into the meat while cooking
- pour the mixture into an aluminum foil casserole dish
- add the spaghetti into the dish and pour the chick broth, then add the cheese
- cover with tinfoil and cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 350°F or until spaghetti is done
- serve in a bowl before you enjoy!
