Eggroll in a Bowl

Ingredients

  • 5 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 3 tbsp cashews, chopped
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • sesame oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • jasmine rice

Method

  1. pour some sesame oil into a pan and heat it up on the stove
  2. add the pork and add some salt and pepper
  3. mush and separate the pork, then cook it for 10 minutes or until brown
  4. add shredded cabbage, pepper, onions, and the carrot, then stir
  5. cook for 5 minutes with a lid
  6. add the soy sauce, the oyster sauce, and the honey, then mix everything well
  7. put everything into a large bowl and mix some cilantro into it
  8. serve with some jasmine rice and top with some cashews and cilantro before you enjoy!
