Ingredients

- 5 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 red pepper
- 3 tbsp cashews, chopped
- 1 lb ground pork
- sesame oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 carrot, grated
- jasmine rice

Method
- pour some sesame oil into a pan and heat it up on the stove
- add the pork and add some salt and pepper
- mush and separate the pork, then cook it for 10 minutes or until brown
- add shredded cabbage, pepper, onions, and the carrot, then stir
- cook for 5 minutes with a lid
- add the soy sauce, the oyster sauce, and the honey, then mix everything well
- put everything into a large bowl and mix some cilantro into it
- serve with some jasmine rice and top with some cashews and cilantro before you enjoy!
