Ingredients

• flour tortillas
• Monetary Jack cheese, freshly grated
• green onions, chopped
• black olives, chopped
• tomatoes, diced
• olive oil

Method

1. spread olive oil onto a pan on medium-high heat
2. add the tortilla and cook it until it bubbles up
3. turn down the heat and add grated cheese, olives, green onions, and tomatoes onto the tortilla
4. cover the pan and cook until the cheese melts a little bit
5. flip one side of the tortilla onto the opposite side, then flatten and flip the tortilla before you cover the pan with a lid again
6. slice the tortilla into 3 slices and serve on a plate
7. add the sauces of you choice on the side (ex. sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.) before you enjoy!
