Ingredients

- 3 sweet potatoes, peeled
- chopped walnuts
- marshmallows
- 1 cup brown sugar
- bread
- cinnamon
- butter

Method
- cut the sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch slices
- put them in a pot and boil, then add brown sugar and butter and cook for 20 minutes
- put half of them in a skillet, laying them flat, then add half of the liquid
- broil in the oven at 350°F until crispy
- mash the potatoes in the pot and spread them onto toast
- put some brown sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon on each slice of toast
- take the skillet out of the oven and mash the potatoes, then spread it on the toast
- add a bit of cinnamon and some Marshmallows, using a blow torch to toast them
- serve on a plate and enjoy!
