Ingredients

Salsa:
- 2 tbsp chipotle peppers
- 2 tbsp red onions
- 2 tbsp green onions
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 serrano pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 28 oz crushed roasted tomatoes
Guacamole:
- 3 avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- red onions, diced
- 1/2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- chopped serranoes

Method
Salsa
- pour the tomatoes in a large bowl, then add all of the other ingredients
- mix it up well, taste, then add salt or anything else if needed
- cover up the salsa, let it sit and melt, then put it in the fridge to store for later
Guacamole
- cut the avocados in half and remove the seed
- scoop out the avocado and add it to the bowl
- mash the avocados, leaving some chunks
- add the lime juice to the bowl
- add the salt, red onions, tomato, and cilantro into the bowl
- remove the tops and the seeds of the serranoes, then cut into strips and chop
- add the serranoes to the bowl, mix, then taste
- put each of the dips/sauces into a small bowl to dip and enjoy!
