Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/8 – 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- scallions, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
- Ac’cent MSG

Method
- pour chicken broth into a sauce pan on the stove and bring it to a simmer
- add sugar, white pepper, turmeric, Ac’cent MSG, and sesame oil into the broth then stir
- add cornstarch and water into a small glass and stir very well
- while stirring the broth, pour the cornstarch slurry in a little bit at a time until the broth is thick enough
- taste and add salt if needed
- crack the eggs into a bowl and stir them as much as you please
- swirl the broth around while slowly pouring in the eggs to create the egg drops
- serve the soup in a bowl and top with some chopped scallions before you enjoy!
