Ingredients

- 1 ½ lb. chicken wings (makes a serving size of 8 wings)
- seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pepper
- 1 tbsp. all purpose flour
- olive oil
Method
- Cut off the tips of the wings, then cut the wings in half
- Put flour into a plate, add baking powder and pepper, then stir
- Coat the wings in the dry ingredients mix and put them on a sheet pan
- Put the wings in the refrigerator uncovered for 30 minutes to 4 hours to dry them up
- Preheat the oven to 425°F
- Put oil in a good sprayer and spray one side of the wings with it. (If you don’t have a good sprayer, put the wings in a bowl with about 1 tbsp of olive oil to coat them)
- Put seasoning salt on the wings, spray oil on the side, then add seasoning salt again
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 425 °F, flip them over, then cook for 15 more minutes, or until crispy
- Serve with wings dipping sauce on the side if you would like and enjoy!
