Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb. chicken wings (makes a serving size of 8 wings)
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • olive oil

Method

  1. Cut off the tips of the wings, then cut the wings in half
  2. Put flour into a plate, add baking powder and pepper, then stir
  3. Coat the wings in the dry ingredients mix and put them on a sheet pan
  4. Put the wings in the refrigerator uncovered for 30 minutes to 4 hours to dry them up
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F
  6. Put oil in a good sprayer and spray one side of the wings with it. (If you don’t have a good sprayer, put the wings in a bowl with about 1 tbsp of olive oil to coat them)
  7. Put seasoning salt on the wings, spray oil on the side, then add seasoning salt again
  8. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 425 °F, flip them over, then cook for 15 more minutes, or until crispy
  9. Serve with wings dipping sauce on the side if you would like and enjoy!
