Ingredients

- 2 lb chicken thighs, cut into two-inch squares
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 12 tbsp butter
- skewers

Method
- Soak skewers for about 30 minutes (to prevent them from burning in the air fryer) and cut them shorter to fit if needed.
- Add the chicken to a large bowl, then add olive oil, Italian seasoning, most of the salt, and all of the garlic powder. Mix well.
- Put 5-6 pieces of chicken onto the skewers, then lay them in the air fryer tray, keeping them at least a half inch apart.
- Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a bowl, then add the rest of the salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley. Mix.
- Flip the skewers in the tray, then coat them with the butter sauce.
- Cook for 4 more minutes, then serve the skewers on a plate and enjoy!
