Watch our tutorial here!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken thighs, cut into two-inch squares
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 12 tbsp butter
  • skewers

Method

  1. Soak skewers for about 30 minutes (to prevent them from burning in the air fryer) and cut them shorter to fit if needed.
  2. Add the chicken to a large bowl, then add olive oil, Italian seasoning, most of the salt, and all of the garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Put 5-6 pieces of chicken onto the skewers, then lay them in the air fryer tray, keeping them at least a half inch apart.
  4. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter in a bowl, then add the rest of the salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley. Mix.
  6. Flip the skewers in the tray, then coat them with the butter sauce.
  7. Cook for 4 more minutes, then serve the skewers on a plate and enjoy!
