Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp Dijon
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 2 lb. chicken

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Microwave butter for 1 minutes,
  3. Put 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in a casserole dish. (Coat the dish with Pam if you would like).
  4. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder on top, flip over the chicken, and repeat.
  5. Add honey, Dijon, Yellow Mustard, Apple Cider vinegar, and thyme into the bowl with melted butter. Mix.
  6. Coat the chicken with the Honey Mustard sauce, then cook in the oven at 400°F for 25-35 minutes (or until the meat is 165°F).
  7. Let the chicken cool for a few minutes before you enjoy!
