Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp Dijon
- 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 2 lb. chicken

Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Microwave butter for 1 minutes,
- Put 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in a casserole dish. (Coat the dish with Pam if you would like).
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder on top, flip over the chicken, and repeat.
- Add honey, Dijon, Yellow Mustard, Apple Cider vinegar, and thyme into the bowl with melted butter. Mix.
- Coat the chicken with the Honey Mustard sauce, then cook in the oven at 400°F for 25-35 minutes (or until the meat is 165°F).
- Let the chicken cool for a few minutes before you enjoy!
