Air Fryer Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • parsley
  • lemon

Method

  1. Cut potatoes in half and put them in a large bowl.
  2. Put in olive oil, Italian seasoning, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix.
  3. Spread out the potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 400°F.
  4. Take them out, shake them around, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the potatoes in a casserole dish and top with parsley and lemon juice before you enjoy!
