Ingredients

- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 oz. Chicken broth
- 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
- 1 lb. Kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 6 cups green cabbage, chopped
- olive oil

Method
- Warm up pan on the stove, pour in olive oil, and brown the sausage.
- Put the sausages in a separate plate, then add cabbage and onions into pan. Stir and turn down the heat.
- Pour in apple juice, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, Oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix.
- Pour in chicken broth and mix.
- After cooking cabbage and onions for 6-7 minutes (or until wilted), add in apples.
- Stir and cook for 4-6 minutes, or until apples are a little tender.
- Pour in liquid mixture and stir.
- Add in sausages and mix, then cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
